2. For each exercise, you can fine-tune the number of sets, repetitions, time per session, number of steps, etc., and save them to the list.
3. The saved list can be reordered by drag & drop and can be managed intuitively.
4. The list can be preserved through star marking. Starred items cannot be deleted.
5. Exercises saved in the list can be executed individually, or several exercises can be executed sequentially at once.
6. You can select sounds to be played at the end of each set, when the number of exercises changes, and whenever the steps change. Silence is also possible.
7. You can also set a break interval between workouts.
8. You can change the speed of time flow according to the user's condition.
9. Time flow can be adjusted from 50% to 150% of normal time flow in 1% increments. Adjust with arrows or sliders
