The main purpose of Keep It Up is to help you track the decisions you make over the course of your life in an easy and intuitive way.

- White dot represents a good decision
- Black dot represents a bad decision

You can assign your decision to one of five categories:
Health & Fitness, Family, Food, Finance, and Travel.
You can also add note to a decision, and use Keep It Up as a journaling app.
