Company acts merely as a middle agent to link clients as the consumer User to Company’s Merchant Partners (the “Merchant User” or “Restaurant Partners” or “the Suppliers”) such as restaurants, grocery stores and other retailers via GET DELIVERY App to order items to be delivered to your doorstep. GET DELIVERY is an independent party to the Merchant User the products such as Food, Beverages, Groceries, Flower and mobile accessory offering in GET DELIVERY App listings.
GET DELIVERY does not provide actual delivery services. The delivery services are provided by independent Delivery Drivers who are GET DELIVERY App’s Delivery Partners.
