What is an ExerWin
ExerWin is actually the name encompassing all three methods of measuring your full fitness level: ExerWin1, ExerWin5, and ExerWinAll. Developed by Ralph Smathers M.D., these measurements can help you properly assess your overall fitness levels!

ExerWin1 - The percentile calculation of your fitness based on one exercise such as push-ups or planks. 100 is the highest and best ExerWin1 and 0 is the lowest.
ExerWin5 - An assessment of your current overall fitness level when you log at least five exercises from these groups: Bodyweight, Running, Jumping, Biking, Rowing, Swimming, Weight Lifting and Other.
ExerWinAll - The sum of your fitness level created by combinig together your ExerWin5 assessments over months. Comparing your ExerWin5 to your ExerWinAll is what lets you know if you’re truly improving each time you complete your gym workout.
