* Lab Test Eligibility for 'Rule out Infection': When the 'Rule out infection' option is selected during wound evaluation, the system will now trigger a pop-up message upon completion of the assessment."This wound is eligible for a lab test" with a dismiss button.* Within the lab assessment section, two new fields have been added for better data collection: - Clinical Signs of Infection (Required): Users can choose from options in the drop-down menu, including redness, swelling, warmth, purulent drainage, malodor, increased wound size, delayed healing, ascending cellulitis, change in wound appearance, or none. - Patient's Symptoms (Required): This field enables users to choose from a list of patient symptoms in the drop-down menu, including nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, shortness of breath, chest pain, increased pain, fatigue, increased heart rate, diarrhea, confusion, or none.* Lab Requisition Form: Lab Requisition Forms will now be triggered upon saving the lab in the encounter tab. The PCR type selected will determine the content displayed in the report.* Selection of the Wound panel with Antibiotic Resistance (ABR) will result in the report displaying the Wound Panel with Antibiotic Resistance (ABR) a bacterial infection ICD10 information.* Choosing the Fungal Panel PCR type will generate a report containing the Fungal Panel (Skin/Wound/Soft Tissue) and fungal infection ICD10 details.* The selection of the Nail Pathogen Panel PCR type will lead to a report featuring the Nail Pathogen Panel and nail infection ICD10 information.* Lab/Beacon Integration : The integration allows for seamless data exchange, including patient biodata, provider biodata, and lab details sent to Beacon. In return, Beacon will provide results in the form of PDF documents.
