A little bit about my fitness journey, I have been doing this for about 4 years now and let me tell you! It has NOT been easy at all, I often struggle to gain weight and put on some muscle mass but over the years I've noticed that no matter what consistency and discipline have helped me to get to where I am at today! And I couldn't be happier, I would like to help all other woman feel comfortable and confident in their body as well as be as healthy as they can be!
