Finger Sparkles is a free and simple, ad-free app I made for my 1 year old daughter, additionally, my 9 year old daughter has reported that it is very satisfying! Finger Sparkles generates colorful particle effects as you drag your fingers across the screen. It's fun and mesmerizing for the whole family, allowing you to choose from a number of different particle FX and colors. (Also our cats sometimes like to touch the screen and play too!)
