You will recognise most, if not all items on our menu, however we now have specialist chefs fromChina's favourite gastronomic provinces to ensure you are offered a wide range of authentic stylesand the very best of flavours.

We only use the very best ingredients, many sourced locally to reduce food miles, however ourspices and flavourings come mainly from China. All are specially selected to ensure the highestquality and freshness of all our dishes.
