• Track my Health using Healthkit with patient-entered flowsheets, patients can enter health data using MyChart to help keep their physicians informed about their conditions between office visits. This data can include daily readings, such as blood pressure and glucose levels. Patients manually record their health data using flowsheets in MyChart. With manual flowsheet entry, patients log in to MyChart after they take each reading and enter the reading in the flowsheet. They can also view and graph all of their past readings.
