From this, you are able to track and analyse your biomechanics, and keep a permanent record of your running style. Visit any Up & Running shop to make new recordings and understand how your running is adapting and changing.

Support, training and advice: The Up & Running app is there to help in all aspects of your running. From offering advice for new beginners, injury prevention, stretching and recovery guides, and a forum for asking questions and receiving advise and replies from our highly trained staff.

Running shoe experts: The Up & Running app gives you a one stop portal for queries, questions and advise on all aspects of running shoes. From questions regarding your own shoes, to enquiries about other brands or questions on new technologies, we are there to help advise and guide accordingly. From fit & feel, lacing tips, questions on wear & tear, new materials or technologies, our staff are the experts. We offer qualified feedback on all things running shoes. All bespoke to you, and done by our expert staff.
