TechConnect Application provides a mobile platform for dealer technicians to communicate with BMW head-office (and vice versa) and among themselves, with all communications being moderated. This applications focus will be on the US service center technicians and head office users.The main function of the application would be for a quick mechanical and electrical fault-finding, on a vehicle via a mobile app and to share specific technical difficulty via a photo, video between technicians for a quick resolution and to save time. Example : a gearbox or Engine issue or any other related component issue.
