The mReACT app is for people recovering from alcohol use disorder. The main purpose of the app is to help patients get more engaged in various types of enjoyable substance-free activities in order to increase sources of enjoyment and reward in their new way of living.



Description of Features:
Activity Tracking: using the app, you can enter your substance-free activities, how much you enjoyed it, and if it is related to your goals, and the app will track it for you. Using colorful charts and graphs, the app will summarize your activity enjoyment for the day, the types of activities you did throughout the week, and the top 3 activities from the week. The app will also display charts showing your mood along with your alcohol craving for the week.



Find Activities: The app will provide suggestions for locally available activities and help you map to the location.



Activity Log: The app keeps a list of all your previously entered in activities. You may use this list to keep track of activities you may want to repeat again or activities to avoid in case they were triggering or unsupportive of your recovery.



Goals and Values: Keep a record of the aspects of life that are important to you and map your goals onto those values.
