Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew each year unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.

An additional advantage of the subscription is that it allows you to unlock the App on ALL your devices (iPhone / iPad / MAC), as long as they share the same iCloud account.
