Baseline Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Williams Landing, West Melbourne.

We specialise in group reformer classes, focusing on enhancing your overall health and wellbeing. we do this by improving your strength, balance, flexibility and tone using functional movements performed on the reformer.

Each trainer has their own class style so no class will ever be the same as the next always making it very exciting but we always offer progressions and regressions to each client if necessary so no matter what age, body type or fitness level you will always be made to feel comfortable and safe.

All classes go for 50 minutes, which includes a warm up as well as relaxing stretch and cool down to end the class.
