It is useful for the businesses around the globe for the field team with the features like appointment of the day being reflected, route optimized as per the appointment for the day, automatic check in and check out when the agent is near the radius of the customer's address.
The application benefits the agent in undertanding the customer's location without much of friction and gives them an optimized route.
