Note:
In case a gif is not animating, please make sure the gif is an animated gif. Some apps save the gifs as still images. If you can attach the gif to email from iOS Photos app and see it animated, it is an animated gif.

Also, if you copy animated gifs from "Photos" in iTunes. The animated gifs will be changed to still pictures.
Please use the GIFBook's file sharing feature in case you want to add gif files from your PC. (Open iTunes -> Select your devise -> Apps -> File Sharing)
