The Help Me and Track Me features notify others in your group that you are either requesting help or are starting out on a journey, particularly when alone. Tracking of your location is automatically activated when firing either of these events, overriding your personal setting for auto-tracking. The person who supervises a request for help can instigate a Video Call to check on the person requesting help.
