This app is made for corporate use only. It is an app that stores the workload of delivery service personnel from one service point to the destination by using a cart. The app has adopted the principle of scanning the QR code instead of entering the data itself. There are two types of QR Codes.
1. The QR code represents information that indicates that it is a service recipient. The service recipient will bring it themselves to show to the staff.
2.QR code representing various departments within the organization which the organization has already created at that department
The workflow of the app is divided into two parts:
The first part, the employee receives the service and sends it to the destination as the service recipient wants.
The second part: Employees are waiting to receive work orders from various departments that request them.
In which the second part will be a notification on the user's device. But only devices that are accessed are internally assigned shuttle workers.
According to the principle of use of the app, the purpose of the app is to collect the workload of the shuttle service staff to use as information for internal evaluation.
