Program Re: Odkup is a Digital Care diagnostic application for use by our Partner Orange's customers. Our application offers simple and easy-to-use diagnostics that accurately assess the condition of customer's device, offering a precise valuation. The app automatically recognizes the make and model of customer's device, runs a testing process on all major features (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LCD, touch screen, speakers, etc.) and offers the best trade-in value for the device. Once customer accepts the valuation and completes the order, Digital Care will collect device from the customer, verify it, and generate a voucher that can be used to purchase services or devices offered by our Partner - Orange.
