INTRODUCING THE TEAM LEMURS APP
Your one-stop shop for participating in the LEMURS is here! We understand you are a busy, full-time student so we created the LEMURS app to support your participation.
WHAT IS THE LEMURS STUDY?
Welcome to LEMURS! This research study aims to support UVM student well-being through engagement in activities that improve mental and physical health. By wearing the Oura ring and completing weekly surveys, we hope to gain a better understanding of your well-being and which activities help you the most. For the spring semester, you (and all the participants) have been randomized into one of four activity groups. Your group has weekly activities that you will be able to choose from in this app.
YOUR STUDY EXPERIENCE
+ Data. Wear your ring and sync it with this app at least once a week to save your data.
+ Report back. We want to hear directly from you. Complete weekly surveys on aspects of your well-being such as your perceived stress, level of social engagement, and caffeine intake.
+ Plan your week. Explore programming and sign up for activities offered for your group for the week.
COMPENSATION
+ Earning your rewards. On the home screen, you can keep track of your progress and the amount of compensation you will receive.
+ Participation. Throughout the week, the LEMURS app will send you reminders of study activities.

- Something come up in your schedule and now you need to reschedule your Personalized Activity? Now, you can now edit your activities after you’ve scheduled them.
- Want to know more about the coins you’ve earned? You can now scroll backwards to previous weeks and see your task completion history. You can also visit the Activities page to see a list of all the activities you attended that week.
- Not sure when the next Weekly Survey will be released? We’ve redesigned the screen to notify you when the next survey will be available and for how long.
