The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the College) licenses and oversees the practice of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) and Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs) in the public interest.

By Canadian law, immigration consultants must be licensed and “active” on the Public Register to offer immigration services for a fee. Use the CICC – CCIC Mobile App to verify a Canadian immigration consultant’s status as a licensee.
