xSpeedBag uses the Accelerometer and Gyro sensors of your iOS device to score your Speed Bag punching workout. The HARDER and FASTER you punch, the higher the score. The iOS device should be placed on top of the speed bag drum (the circular board) IN A SECURE FASHION. The Magic Keyboard is a great option for mounting an iPad. Once the device is securely mounted, choose a competition type (or Freestyle Mode) and start punching. Your speed bag punching performance will be graded on the speed and power with which you are hitting the bag. Please note that different platforms, different size bags, and different mounting of the iOS device will influence the score. A bigger bag will result in a bigger score because it will induce more movement in the platform. WARNING: DO NOT PUNCH without first securing the device. It will eventually fall off the platform! Be extra careful with phones, as they weigh less and will be more susceptible to moving around.
