A2 Fitness LLC, located in Liberty, Missouri- is a one stop shop for your health/fitness needs. We offer one-one personal training, small group training, large group classes, sports performance training, an in house physical therapist and an in house FST stretch therapist. Every session and every class can be tailored to your fitness level and specific needs. We work hard to ensure both a beginner, and an advanced member can feel both successful and challenged in every session.
