Mycotour is an initiative that helps structure, enhance, and internationalize the mushroom tourism experience in rural areas in an orderly, sustainable, smart, and inclusive way. To achieve this, we promote a voluntary, collaborative, and transparent management approach that brings together the interests of forest owners and managers, local gatherers, hospitality professionals, scientists, and other forest users. The goal is to make the most of the value generated by mushroom resources in rural production areas while ensuring their survival and adaptation to change.
