Our Napoletano Pizza is an authentic tribute to the birthplace of pizza—Naples, Italy. Handcrafted with passion and tradition, it starts with a delicate, slow-fermented dough made from finely milled Italian flour, giving the crust its signature light, airy texture with a slight chew and blistered edges from our high-temperature stone oven.
Topped with a vibrant San Marzano tomato sauce, made from tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil near Mount Vesuvius, the flavor is naturally sweet and tangy. We finish it with fresh, creamy mozzarella (often fior di latte or buffalo mozzarella), a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a few aromatic basil leaves—keeping it beautifully simple, just as tradition intended.
