HOW IT WORKS
1) Tap any day in a month to open the day sheet.
2) Choose “Cycle onset” or “Abstain” (after sunrise/sunset), or write a note.
3) On the “Interval” row above the calendar, enter the monthly gap (days) between onsets.
4) Tap the summary button to see a tidy, recent-months summary.
PRIVACY
• No sign-in. No analytics. No tracking.
• We do not upload, collect, or share any personal data.
• Deleting the app deletes your data.
