Kaynela Eco Lodges is a secure, staff-only app used at our lodges to register arriving guests, capture required consent, and keep check-in fast and compliant. The app is not for public bookings; a Kaynela staff login is required.

Who can use this app
This application is for Kaynela employees and authorized contractors working at our lodges. A valid Kaynela account is required to sign in. Guests do not need to download this app.

Permissions (how they’re used)

Camera/Photos: capture ID or signature images to attach to the guest file and PDF.

Location (optional): tag check-ins for security and audit (when enabled by admins).

Storage: create and share the generated PDF copy of the forms.

Privacy
We collect only the information needed for check-in, safety, and legal compliance. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and records are retained only as long as required. See our Privacy Notice inside the app for details.
