Prairie Heart Institute of Illinois makes it easy to stay connected.  With a touch of a button, find a Prairie Heart doctor or bring up directions to a Prairie Heart location close to you.   Within the app, the “MyPrairie” digital wallet card section lets you store all your physicians’ contact information, your medications, allergies, insurance information and pharmacy contact.
