Prepare a photo taken from just beside the whole body of the subject. When you take a picture, please note the camera does not hover or tilt from side to side.

Move the marks at the position shown below. If the line that marks makes is straight, your posture is pretty good !
(1) Ear (tragion)
(2) Shoulder (acromion point)
(3) Hip (greater trochanter)
(4) Knee (back of kneepan)
(5) Ankle
