You place the tip of your finger on the phone's camera - covering the lens, and hold it for a couple of seconds for your pulse to be shown. Heart Rate will measure instantly the heart rate and show your heartbeat. The application is for recreational and fitness purposes only.

Make sure to put your fingertip gently on top of the camera lens. Pressing too hard reduces blood flow and the result is harder to get, while if the fingers are too cold the results are difficult to create.
