A key feature of the app is the coaching framework which helps coaches to coach using a structure mapped to a work process or series of identified key tasks.

When using this framework the coach will first observe the coachee as they perform the process, skills or tasks, then next discuss how the coachee performed the process, skills or tasks. During this discussion both parties will agree a rating of between 1 and 10 for each element. Finally the coach will utilise the gathered data within the app as a contributing part of a constructive coaching conversation held with the coachee.
