At GRITfit, Inc. our integrated services include group training, 1 on 1 nutrition coaching, mobility training, 1 on 1 personal training, and yoga. We have fostered strong relationships with many preferred vendors including Ventana Physiotherapy (physical therapy), Strong Mother Movement (pre/post natal fitness), StayNaked Kitchen (meal prep service), and Momma Leche (personal care products) as well as a number of other wellness practitioners. Our programming and training philosophy are built on four pillars: Mobility Training, Unilateral and Bilateral Strength Training, Metabolic Conditioning, and Body Awareness Training.
