The InEight Model app allows users to collaborate and access project information from anywhere. InEight Model allows project teams to easily leverage accurate models and data from a single source of truth to perform critical project control functions. Estimators and work planners need components and quantities that come from the model. Designers and engineers need models to perform design reviews and clash detection before construction. QA/QC and Commissioning managers need to ensure that all of the project's components and systems have been properly installed and signed off. Model also makes it easy to use the model for visual reporting.

With InEight's integrated platform, users can participate in non-model-driven workflows as well. Users can view and update facilities management documents such as equipment manuals, photos, and drawings. View and modify element property data, such as model and manufacturer information, serial numbers, installation and warranty dates, and any other trackable properties.
