Smartfuture RPM app syncs with wireless medical devices to capture blood pressure, SpO2, glucose, weight, ECG and other vitals, and sends them to nurses and physicians for their review and monitoring. Other features include monthly reports, alerts for abnormal readings, and audio and video calls.

The App uses HealthKit to track your steps so it can help you visualize how walking and other exercise programs hold the key to improved heart health and other vitals.

Also now, SmartFuture RPM will save Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Weight & BMI, SpO2 and Temperature reading taken from MedCheck/Jumper/ArmFit devices to AppleHealth. By using these features, users can see all these readings directly into the HealthKit app.
