1. Fill out your profile for accurate calorie calculation by tapping Profile.
2. From the main menu, tap an activity such as Outdoor Walk.
3. Press the Start button to start tracking your activity.
4. Press the Pause button to pause an activity and the Resume button to resume an activity.
5. The metrics for your activity will automatically display in a summarized view.
