We offer Hot Yoga, Hot Flow, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga (ages 3-10), Workshops, Hot Yoga and Hot Flow Teacher Training and Community Classes like our Sun Up Saturday (offered the 2nd Saturday of each month at 7.30a at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess) and our weekly $5 Friday Flow at 5.30p.
