What are the permitted and prohibited conducts related to work in Brazil? Why is it important to know what the law allows or does not allow?
At Mira Certa, we will come into contact with labor situations with the challenge of knowing whether they are legal (permitted) or illegal (prohibited) conduct.
These situations are divided into 6 categories: domestic workers' rights, combating discrimination at work, combating child labor, labor regulation, safety at work and combating
work analogous to slavery.
It is always important to know which laws are currently in force, so that people can make use of their rights and know how current regulations are appropriate, or not, to their needs.
