Bhooljao is group of social entrepreneurs, dedicated to fostering social and economic development of rural communities by establishing local livelihood opportunities and services. In last 25 years we have impacted more than 2 lac rural families in 6000+ villages through our livelihood initiatives and need based services. Our initiatives and services are built on need-based assessment and localised as per geography, which not only address the challenges and needs but also build continued livelihood ecosystem.

While our roots lie in the rural market, we’ve expanded into urban segments, offering high-quality services and facilitating the reach of rural products to urban households. This enables sustainable income for low income communities and quality products and services to urban households.

With our experience in rural area one prominent problem area we came across was migration of families to Urban area and engagement in un-organized sectors. While the whole struggle is for livelihood and income, but with lack of employable skills and service knowledge they are led towards low income or poor waged jobs. On other hand – Urban consumers struggle with the quality service of leading to either compromised service or need to shell more for expensive professional services. Panan Sathi has taken the initiatives to bridge the gaps with the ease of accessibility, continued engagement which can ensure continued income and also social security for these communities to engage with pride and confidence to carry the services. Ultimately many organizations manage to meet need of either side but here at Panan Sathi we understand both ends with need of quality and compassion towards migrated workforce from rural area and their needs for better servicing.
