Chilean fauna is a personal initiative, whose objective is to contribute with a small grain of sand to raise awareness about the conservation and preservation of Chilean animals.
The application works as a field guide that currently allows access to descriptive files of 70 species of vertebrates (birds, amphibians, mammals, fish and reptiles) of Chile. These fact sheets include information about the behavior, distribution and conservation status of the species.
Although, these 70 animals represent only a small fraction of Chile's total fauna record, it is intended to add new species, as well as refine the app's functionalities, based on user feedback. In this regard, it should be noted that initially the application included only 30 species.
If you have problems installing the app or questions or suggestions about how it works, you can contact me through my developer email.
