1) STIMULATING: This course covers 3 workout formats in order to keep things engaging:
High Intensity Interval Training, Boxing, Yoga

Workouts are typically 30-40 minutes long and set to a timer of 2
minutes on; 30 seconds rest; even the yoga exercises.
This encourages optimal heart rate training, maintains focus and
makes the workouts FLY BY!

2) STREAMLINED: All workouts are focused on COMPOUND EXERCISES where the upper
and lower body are simultaneously engaged in order to obtain the
most streamlined results in the least amount of time.
