Using the Reassure AFG application, you can help to keep your care team informed about your current state of mind. Participants answer questions about their mood and have the option to tell their care team about any issues that are bothering them. Additionally, service users can monitor their activity levels using a wearable device.

All of the information that service users provide is available via a secure medical grade dashboard for only the relevant care staff to see. From this they can then talk to each individual about issues that may be starting to bother them.

The aim of the app is for participants to feel engaged in their own care and help to transfer a feeling of control and responsibility to the service users. This helps to build their level of independence in a controlled manner.

This application is only for use with an account, which can be configured by the care team.
