The FGED Virtual Denunciation application is a tool that seeks to foster a communication and prompt attention to the Citizens. Providing a platform in which the citizen feels close to the Attorney General of the State of Durango, urging him to report possible crimes, either when participating as a witness or victim. Providing that the investigation and prevention bodies of the Prosecutor's Office have the necessary information to fulfill their mission.

The application provides the citizen with a username and password that will allow them to: pre-report the most frequent crimes in the state, through a capture assistant, attach photographs, videos or scanned documents, geolocation of the crime; Locate the offices of the Immediate Department Attention closest to your location and request access to the basic information of a research folder in real time. In addition, it also admits anonymous complaints where no identification information of the complainant is provided.

Without neglecting the legal analysis provided by the Counselors, Virtual Services will allow an appointment to be scheduled to attend the registered Pre-complaints, which will be notified by email, so that this record can be specified in a formal complaint.
