1 word & 1 hint is a cooperative game in which you try to guess as many terms correctly as possible together. BUT, just one word is the motto! Can you manage 7 in a row and thus the coveted home run?

Rules of the game:

- How does the game work?
There is a guessing fox in every round. All other players are tipsters in this round.
The tipsters are now shown a term that they try to describe with just one word. Remember, the better you describe the word you are looking for, the higher the probability that the guessing fox will guess it correctly in the end (of course, it is forbidden to simply write down the word you are looking for, to use its root word or to translate it).

BUT, after everyone has given their tip, every word that is mentioned multiple times is eliminated!
(Example: The word "monkey" is wanted. Jonas and Tim both write down "Banana" as a tip. Banana is now eliminated and is not available to the guessing fox as an aid.)

Now it's the turn of the adviser. He now sees all the remaining words and tries to guess the word he is looking for on the basis of this guide.

- What is the aim of the game?

The aim of the game is to get a home run. That means guessing 7 terms correctly in a row.
In each successful round you move one position.
But watch out! Should you make a mistake, you'll be back in first position and have to start over.
You can see how close you are to the home run during the game by the symbol in the top right corner.

- How can I play?

There are 3 ways to start a game.

1. Create the game yourself
You can set the language, the number of players and the timer yourself.
After creating it, you will receive a game code that you can share with your friends.

Public games
If you have selected “public” in the settings, all other users of the app can join your game.

1. Join a private game
You can join a private game using the “join with code” field. Simply get the code from the host of the game round.
2. Join a public game
Under “Join” you will find a list of all public games. Pick a game to play with other users of the app.

Short rules:
There is one guessing fox per round, the other players are tipsters in this round.
Everyone except the guessing fox is now shown a term that they try to describe with exactly one word. BUT, after the tips have been given, every word mentioned multiple times is thrown out!
Then it is the turn of the adviser. He now sees all the remaining words and tries to guess the word he is looking for based on these words.
The goal is to achieve a home run, i.e. to guess 7 terms correctly in a row. After every mistake you have to start all over again. And always remember: Just one word!
