There are guided Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Meditations in this app. Guided meditations contain instructions which help to enter in a meditative state: first, we take our attention to the body, then to the breath, then to the mind... and at the end, when we let go everything, meditation happens! Gurudev gave various techniques and has made meditation simple, easy and accessible to all!

It is wonderful series! There are 12 step-by-step meditation lessons guided by Gurudev in April 2020. It's like a meditation guide: here is explained how to sit, how to look, what should be the attitude/respect to practice, how to get out of meditation state and much more!
