They can be used to help make difficult decisions and help us fight temptations to sin. There are countless applications of prayer in a Christian’s life but here we want to focus on prayer for hope and faith, peace and strength, how it can instantly lift you out of the darkest of places.

There are times when we need to share with God our outlook, and a prayer of hope is an important part of our conversations with God. We need to tell God what we want or what we need. Sometimes God will agree, sometimes he will use those times to point us in His direction.
