● If you don’t have the Healthfirst NY Mobile App: Get it today (free for iOS). Once you’ve logged in to Healthfirst NY, tap “Manage your diabetes with the Healthfirst Cares powered by Welldoc App.” You’ll then be able to download and use the Healthfirst Cares App.
