My most favorite book from childhood was "Small Pig." I loved the story and the sweet illustrations. So this is partly in honor of that book - and also in honor of my late grandpig, Opal Gammon. Her tail always wagged when you said her name. She was litter trained at 3 weeks and as she got older, she had some impressive tusks. She was a good pig.
