- You can now create, save, and send custom message templates to people in the Queue Management. This allows you to provide a more curated experience that matches your service style & allows for far greater customization. We're very excited to see this in use!

- Messages sent to people in the Queue can be sent every 5 minutes, to ensure no accidental spam occurs.

- We've fixed a bug that could cause the app to crash on rare occasions.
