Qwik Invoices is an entirely new way to create attractive professional invoices and receipts, maintain a customer database, and manage payments and receivables for small businesses and side hustles. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or an in-app purchase. Qwik Invoices uses intuitive buttons rather than confusing and complicated menus and is a powerful alternative to expensive programs or spreadsheet templates and invoice creation websites.

Qwik Invoices uses the customer’s unique 10-digit phone number for the customer ID and home page. From the customer home page, you can create new invoices and receipts, enter payments, see paid invoices, unpaid invoices, unfinished invoices, and view the customer dashboard that displays the amount of money that has been billed to the customer, how much has been paid, and how much is owed. It can also export the entire customer database as an Excel spreadsheet.

Qwik Invoices starts with an empty invoice, and you add items and services to it. Items and services are shown exactly as they will appear on the finished invoice as they are being entered, making it easy to spot omissions and errors. You can even save unfinished invoices and update them later, making it ideal for ongoing projects. When finished, invoices can be printed and mailed using standard #9 two-window envelopes, or e-mailed directly from the app.

Qwik Invoices displays business financials by tax year or tax quarter. These financials show the amount of items sold, the amount of services rendered, the amount of money paid, the amount of money owed, and can show the amount of sales tax collected. If you enter how payments are received, Qwik Invoices will show the totals for cash payments, payments by check, credit card payments, or other forms of payment, such as barter.

Qwik Invoices can be set up to charge state sales tax and includes current rates for all 50 states and US territories. These rates can be updated if sales tax rates change. Customers can be marked as sales tax exempt, making it ideal for invoicing government agencies, non-profits, churches and schools. Unlike spreadsheet-based invoices or invoice creation websites, sales tax can be added to items, is not charged on services, and you can easily edit each item or service.

Qwik Invoices even has built-in instructions showing individual topics. Select a topic, and Qwik Invoices will walk you through exactly what you will see, and what buttons to tap or click to accomplish the action.
