What is the 14 Day Juice Challenge all about?

Your challenge is to drink 1 juice every day for 14 days. This isn’t a juice fast, so it’s easy to get started and you can still choose what to eat each day.

Inside the app you’ll find daily Anti-Inflammatory, Fat Blasting, Skin Cleansing & Clearing, Mood Boosting Juice Recipes.

You can drink your juice anytime to participate, however we do recommend that you try having your juice in the first part of your day, before or after breakfast.

The app makes it easy for you to follow the challenge. We’ll provide shopping lists, daily reminders and allow you to tick off each day as you stick with the juice challenge. Making progress towards your health goals has never felt this good!

Each day comes along with a personal note from your Young and Raw family, that gives you all the information you need about juicing, including what the health benefits are and the motivation to help you achieve your goals.
